Get a $10,400 Discount in Uruguay--Only for 3 More Days

In April I told you about a special pre-release lot deal in Uruguay’s first high-end gated community targeted at the North American market.
To remind you, developer David James planned to launch the next phase of his project in May. He calls this phase Armonia (Harmony) at Sugar Loaf. Quarter-acre lots were to be priced at $49,000. You had the opportunity to pre-reserve one of these lots for $39,500. Better still, you could finance 70% of this discounted price interest-free.
The official launch never happened--all available units sold out pre-release.
David is doing it again. This time for quarter-acre lots in his next Phase. Phase III is named Tranquilidad. These lots are at a higher elevation. The views are better. These lots will be released on Monday for $59,900. Today you can lock down one of these lots for $49,500.
Members of my Real Estate Trend Alert were told about these pre-release lots several weeks ago and now just five lots remain…again, 70% finance is available interest-free. This means that you can lock down one of these lots with just $14,850. This deal expires on Monday or when the last five lots are sold--whichever comes first.
Sugar Loaf Ocean Club and Spa sits above the beach town of Piriapolis and an hour from Montevideo, Uruguay’s historic capital. It's a 75-acre property surrounded by rolling hills, farms, and pastureland. Downtown Piriapolis is five minutes away. Sugar Loaf sits high on a hill in front of Uruguay’s famous Sugar Loaf Mountain with views of Piriapolis and the deep blue sea.

Piriapolis is often compared to an old-fashioned American seashore town from the 1950s, with its stately brick buildings, waterfront boardwalk, grand hotels from a bygone era, and neighborly feel--everyone knows everyone. Piriapolis is filled with bathers and sun-worshipers for the entire summer. Year-round, people come from all over Uruguay to enjoy its fine seafood restaurants, casinos, cafés, and local museums.
This town is a boater’s paradise, noted for its large marina with affordable rates…one of the few marinas on the entire coast. Sailing enthusiasts frequently enjoy the three-hour sail to Punta del Este, or the day-long voyage to Buenos Aires.
I would expect to pay at least the $59,900 launch price for these quarter-acre lots at Tranquilidad. Sugar Loaf has moved beyond the pre-infrastructure stage. Considering the quality of the project, the infrastructure progress, and the luxury homes under construction, these lots are a great deal at the discounted price of $49,500. Better again, David will finance 70% of the purchase price interest-free. There is no build requirement meaning that you can sit on your lot for as long as you want. This offer is off the table by Monday, Aug. 3 or once the five remaining are sold...whichever comes first.
