Moving Overseas: How Winton and Debi Did it

Date: 01/24/2009 Author: Dan Prescher

“They’re living the dream.” That’s what came to my mind when I met Winton Churchil last year in the VIP Lounge at one of our International Living events.

After moving overseas, he and his wife, Debi Yohn, have a condo overlooking the Pacific in Huatulco, Mexico. And from there they run several successful online businesses.

So they’re living in a resort town with a gorgeous view of the ocean, spending less than they did back home in the States, and making money while they’re at it.

Moving Overseas: How Did They Do It?

Winton kindly credits International Living with helping jump-start their success overseas, and I wanted to share with you a note he sent recently about why…

“I was pretty much a Southern California guy until I got a phone call from Debi several years ago. ‘I just put money down on a place in Mexico,’ she said.

“My first thought was, ‘Wow…I don’t know anything about moving overseas, living outside the country. How do you buy a place, rent a place, do all the things you need to do to live abroad?’

“And that’s when I first became aware of International Living. I started doing the research, found the International Living website, bought a few products, then bought a few more.

“Long story short, I eventually got a Publisher’s Roundtable membership. I quickly realized that if I’d had access to everything I get as a Roundtable member back when I first started doing the research, I could have saved a lot of time and money.

“Now Debi and I are making a great business teaching people how to identify what they love to do most and make money at if from anywhere on the planet.

“We’re actually sort of poster children for the kind of life International Living has been showing people how to live for years now. We really are living the dream.”

Winton spoke at our recent Live & Invest Overseas Conference. You can listen to a few minutes of his presentation here.

Moving Overseas: You Can Do it, Too

You know, with the right guidance and advice, it isn’t that hard to do what Winton and Debi did. It’s just a matter of taking the first, critical steps.

If you’re ready to stop dreaming about a more relaxing, affordable, enjoyable life overseas and start actually living it…then I encourage you to let us help.

You’ll find lots of secrets, suggestions, and solutions in our free postcards. And even more in our monthly issues of International Living magazine.

But the fastest, most efficient, most cost-effective way to get yourself a new life overseas--as Winton will tell you--is as a member of our Publisher’s Roundtable. Because you get instant, unlimited access to the entire IL world.

Right now--through January 31--we’re offering a special deal for new members that includes a free ticket to any one of our Live & Invest conferences plus a deep discount on the membership fee. For details, check your e-mail for the IL Postcard.
