Real Estate Discovery Tour of Argentina and Chile

Dear International Living Reader,
Update from Argentina and Chile:
We are having a blast, and the group is fantastic. And we're seeing some of the most incredibly beautiful property, especially in the Patagonia area.
Maria and Paul Reynolds (with J.R. Reynolds Propriedades, both native Argentinians) have been a terrific help in organizing the real estate we've seen in each area of Argentina. Maria has even been traveling with the group, helping out translating, etc.
Our local Agentine tour operator says that we should call ourselves Cupid Travel--we've hooked up another couple!
Two couples bought in Argentina (one couple bought three lots in San Martin, the Jack Nichols development, and the other couple bought in Bariloche at another beautiful golf course resort and are starting to build a house immediately.
Today was our first day in Chile, and, believe it or not, one man just put an offer ($147,000) on a 6 acre lot situated on the lake with panoramic views of the volcanoes and 10 minutes from Puerto Varas. Four guys jumped in a plane with Duane Pederson to check out the 9 1/2-mile stretch of park land that he bought south of Puerto Varas and turned into a resort destination.
I say we do this again as soon as possible.
