Brazil has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and the best Brazilian beaches are in the state of Ceará, where we began our trip.
I’m just back from Brazil’s northeast coast, where, along with Pathfinder’s Ronan McMahon, I investigated first-hand the best beachfront deals that surround the First-World city of Fortaleza.
We drove from the town of Lagoinha all the way down to Natal, along 540 miles of absolutely stunning coast. But the best real estate deals we found (like beach lots for $16,000) were on the stretch of coast 100 miles or so around Fortaleza.
As far as I’m concerned, this piece of coast contains the best beachfront buys on the planet right now. An opportunity like this doesn’t happen often. When it does, you need to be ready to move…and to move fast.

Beachfront lots, big parcels of raw land, condo projects…we saw them all.
Although the technical quality of the footage we shot may not be great—hey, we’re not film makers—the quality of the beachfront opportunities we found is first rate. Even through our shaky camerawork, you’ll see the potential along the hundreds of miles of white-sand beaches on this coast is obvious.
