Mexico airfares are on sale!
American Airlines has cut fares to its most popular destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean, on routes from the U.S.
Here’s the caveat: To take advantage of these discounted fares, you need to begin your travel between Jan. 10 and Feb. 27, 2007, and complete your travel by March 1.
Tickets can be purchased through tomorrow, Dec. 6. So, if you want to visit Mexico in the early part of 2007, you have but one day to act. (As always, certain restrictions and blackout dates apply.)
A two-day minimum stay is required to qualify (maximum stay is 30 days), and no taxes or fees are included in the following example round-trip fares, which are available though the American Airlines website.
* Los Angeles to San Jose del Cab $208
* Chicago to Acapulc $377
* Dallas/Fort Worth to Puerto Vallarta: $400
If you are looking for an airfare/hotel package, American Airlines Vacations may have what you are looking for. Click here for more information.
If you’re planning a trip to visit me in San Miguel…to get here you can either fly into Léon (airport code BJX) or Querétaro (airport code QRO). To San Miguel, it is a 90-minute drive from the airport in Léon, and an hour from the airport in Querétaro. Airport transfers are about $30 per person each way.
I hope to see you in Mexico soon,
