Ecuador Beach House for $39,500

Just a quick note to tell you what I've found on Crucita Beach (I'll send a full report soon).
I've been exploring Ecuador's best stretch of coast--between Manta and Esmeraldas--which includes the cities of Bahia de Caraquez, San Vicente, and Crucita. This string of unspoiled beaches is definitely off the tourist track…which is one of the reasons it appeals to many North Americans.
