BOOT CAMP

What are these Discovery Tours all about? One reader, just returned from seven days in the Bay Islands of Honduras in the company of our Discovery Tours Director Barbara Perriello and 18 fellow International Living readers, reports:
"My wife and I were polishing off a really good bottle of Shafer Hillside Select tonight when our thoughts returned to our recent Roatan Boot Camp. Don't get me wrong...my words are a sincere left-handed compliment. It was BUSY.
"We are returning to Roatan Saturday to rest up from the hard work of the previous visit.
"Seriously...we were blown away by how well IL's trip went. There was a lot of bonding among the group. It all began when our drill sergeant (Barbara) collected all our passports and then herded us into this old school bus. But it got better...and fast. We get e-mails daily now from our new IL friends...almost all of whom bought on the island.
"In short, it was absolutely incredible. We feel now like we are up-to-speed and plan to do business there. In fact, we've contracted to buy a nice piece of land...five acres of really choice hillside near First Bight/Parrot Tree.
"Old Navy term: BRAVO ZULU to all concerned."
