Patrick Knowles joined the IL team in January 2008 as customer service manager, following a stint as IL’s e-mail correspondent in Agora Publishing’s customer service division.
Raised in Baltimore, Md., Patrick has traveled extensively throughout the U.S., and spent many summers in Orlando, Fla. Patrick graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in art history and a minor in Spanish language. He also holds a bachelor's degree in U.S. history from Towson University.
