Beautiful beachfront lots on Brazil's north coast are still inexpensive...for now.

Right now I’m on the road, exploring Brazil’s north coast, using Fortaleza as a base, and scouting out west and east from that city...to the towns of Cumbuco, Taiba, Barra Nova, and Uruau. The white-sand beaches stretch for hundreds of miles along this coast, and these beaches are still, for now, off the radar of North Americans.
One of my favorite places so far is Barra Nova, a beautiful little coastal village with cobblestone streets, charming barracas (beach bars), and stunning beaches. Located just 37 miles from Fortaleza, many residents come here on weekends to escape the bustle of the city.
One of our contacts here, Fabricio Santos of Brazil Real Estate Beaches, showed us beachfront lots (pictured above) on a lovely stretch of flat beach for €12,000 ($17,500). The lots do not have road access or electricity. Fabricio has just four beachfront lots left and is selling them together or in pairs. Second-line lots cost $9,000.
