David Morrill

David Morrill, a California native who spent most of his life in north Florida, has been a newspaper columnist and book reviewer, a college public relations director, and an advertising agency owner. He first visited Ecuador in 1995 while accompanying his father on a bird-watching tour, and returned in 2004 to purchase a home. He became an Ecuadorian resident in 2006.

David lives in Cuenca, where he is involved in real estate and exporting businesses. In addition to writing for International Living, he is a contributor to Ecuadorian newspapers and magazines.
