Please don’t misunderstand. When I say “former U.S. military area”…you might think (as I must admit, I thought before I saw for myself), “What? A former U.S. military area? Who would want to live there?”
The military is gone, as you know…and the land we’re talking about, which coincidentally at one time was part of the military base, isn’t in any way military. This is beautiful countryside. Hilly and lush, with a private situation and broad views. All this within minutes of downtown Panama City.

These single-family homes are sized from 3,724 square feet and up, from $423,000. A reservation deposit of $5,000 secures a pre-construction unit, but only 10 of these units are included in the pre-construction offer.
The developer won’t…actually can’t…say what the top price for any of these units will eventually be. The market in Panama, especially for such a unique project, is just too hot to make predictions about. But one thing is for sure--once these units are spoken for, these prices will never be seen again at Embassy Club.
