International Living Postcards-- Saturday Edition

Dear International Living Reader,
I want to invite you to attend a free international real estate exhibition, August 9-10, in Vancouver, Canada. (I hope you haven't made plans.)
You'll meet an impressive collection of respected international real estate authorities, gathering to share with you a wealth of intelligence about the most profitable international real estate opportunities in the world, including:
* Where (and how) to take advantage of excellent off-plan developments, where you can get in for as little as 10% down of the purchase price with no progress payments required until completion of your unit. You want to sell--and take your profits--before the balance is due.
* How you can use your retirement account--whether you currently have an IRA, SEP, Keogh, 401(k), 403(b), 457, or Roth--to purchase property overseas and diversify your retirement portfolio.
* A Pacific-coast Paradise that offers rugged shores, cliffs and rocks, crashing surf… hidden coves and pinkish-white sand dotted with palm trees and driftwood. This retreat is being (rightly) touted as the next Costa Rica…but Pacific-coast real estate here costs 75% less than in Costa Rica.
* The Mediterranean as it was 50 years ago--with unspoiled coast and pristine islands. In this undiscovered country, often compared to Tuscany, you can own a white-washed villa with a view of the sparkling Adriatic for about $235,000.
* A Caribbean island where you can dive right off the beach… where the views are world-class… and where you can own a brand-new, beachfront condominium for as little as $219,000.
* A penthouse on the Côte d'Azur with up to 400% return (on a self-financing investment) with professional property management…and safe, hassle-free cash flow.
* And much, much more…
The exhibition is a free bonus for attendees of the Agora Wealth Symposium--I'll be speaking at the Symposium, too, along with the world's top global investment minds. I hope to see you there.

P.S. The opportunities above are on beachfront or in brand-name cities. As my boss Bill Bonner (host of this year's Wealth Symposium), publisher and owner of Agora Inc., reminded me recently, beachfront and brand-name cities are the two best bets when it comes to real estate investing. The world supply of coastline is limited…as are the world's top-drawer cities. Limited inventory…growing demand…easy math. I'll tell you more in Vancouver.
