The standards he sets are extremely high because he's partnered with the Danish Royal Embassy in Nicaragua. I preserve natural rainforests, so know what nature should sound like. This was a digital audio cascade of wilderness. I hear birds chirping and frogs croaking. I saw large waterfalls. It's the most welcoming airport I've ever seen."

Through his company United Nature, Robert helps people interested in living in Panama and helping the environment when they purchase teak reforestation lots.

Robert will be headed back home through the airport soon,but that doesn't necessarily mean that you've missed everything. Here are more highlights from dinner last night…

Mandy Faircloth from IL's Panama office wanted Indian food. Robert told me you can't get good Indian food in Panama City. So… a group of IL staff, our friends and a few readers went for dinner at Maurya, voted the best Indian restaurant for the last three years by "Tourism Vancouver." We tackled big questions from the Expo over an Indian feast, cold beers--Taj Mahal, Kingfisher, and Extra Guru--and a few bottles of Argentinean red wine.

Kevin Fisher, an attendee from Bainbridge Island, Washington explained why he likes the Expo. "You meet great people and you party late into the night, after having been filled with--can I say 'incredible' international education? I'll be back! It was real… genuine… really underplayed. I got genuine information and communication without hype. This show wasn't just thrown together. It's well researched. It's clear that they spend a lot time and effort to find undervalued properties in emerging markets, and the focus isn't on trying to sell you real estate… It's to help you find the best match for your needs."

How does it all start?

"Goat! And they only serve it spicy here."

It wasn't long before our team was digging up inside tips on real estate markets in India from the restaurant owner, R. K. Arora. Over deliciously spicy curry goat and an assortment of fine cuisine, we explored markets where Indians are spending profits from the high tech boom.
