If you’ve read the reports…and seen the photos…coming out of the northeast coast of Brazil courtesy of these Postcards, you understand the real estate potential hidden along the hundreds of miles of white-sand beaches on this coast.

Until I discovered this region, I had become resigned to the thought that cheap and relatively accessible beachfront was a thing of the past.

Today, a relatively small group of Europeans have this tropical coast all to themselves. They’re buying beachfront lots for $18,000 and beachfront condos for $77,000. But this is set to change—the world market seldom sees price distortions like this.

As far as I’m concerned, Forteleza is the best beachfront buy on the planet right now. An opportunity like this doesn’t happen often. When it does, you need to be ready to move…and to move fast.
